As a Baker with Aramark at Panera Bread in Purdue Retail Dining, you’ll prepare fresh breads, pastries, and baked goods that meet Panera and Aramark quality standards. You will follow recipes, portion and proof doughs, operate ovens, monitor bake times, and ensure consistent product appearance and freshness throughout the day. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area, labeling and rotating product, supporting food safety procedures, and assisting with inventory and prep.
