About the job Business Analyst - Junior (Remote)Landen is an organic skincare brand established in Denmark, Copenhagen in 2020. We create hair and body care products made from botanical ingredients. With gentle, yet effective formulations and a focus on minimalist design Landen believe in encouraging positive habits of wellbeing.About the role:We are looking for an Entry Level Business Analyst to join the team. You will facilitate business process improvement, product development and innovation by investigating, analysing, reviewing, and documenting functional and non-functional business specifications. This role manages the requirements development process through the elicitation, analysis, specification, and verification of multiple levels of requirements from an end-to-end perspective and supports the ongoing management of the requirements. You will also coordinate, and project manage the implementation and/or integration of new products or features including user training.ResponsibilitiesBridge business requirements and IT solutionsAnalyse the impact of technology changes on current business processes and existing technology.Document requirements and break down complex initiatives following agile/MVP principles.Coordinate solution delivery via sprints across planning, refining, developing, testing, and releasing activities.Negotiate scope changes with the Scrum team and the business sponsors.Facilitate knowledge transfer and foster change management activities.Analyse system defects and assist in the verification and validation of fixes.Work with QA to develop and/or review test plans and assist with testing as required.An excellent communicator (written and verbal), with stakeholder management experienceAn individual with sound problem solving skillsSomeone with sound project management and negotiation skillsA curious mind, who thrives on learning new thingsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills is desirableStrong project management and negotiation skillsExperience working in an agile environmentWhat we offer:Competitive remuneration and salary packaging options.Commitment to diversity, inclusion, health and wellbeing of our people.Flexible and hybrid working environment including tailored hours, remote working, career breaks, study leave, generous paid parental leave and leave purchase plans.Wed love to hear from youIf you meet a number of the requirements, but not all, we encourage you to submit your application.
