$18 - $23 hourly rate, along with quality paid training, a company car while working, and no requirements to work nights or weekends, as well as paid holidays, vacation, health coverage, and contribution to a retirement plan upon eligibility.

Job Description: Home Clean Heroes is looking for top-quality candidates with a natural smile and a love for cleaning for our customers in the Greater Charlotte area. Our cleaning specialists are responsible for providing top-notch cleaning services and a positive customer experience for each of our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities: - Deliver high-quality residential cleaning using our proven Speedy & Spotless System
- Use our app to manage your schedule and track hours
- Visit the Charlotte office daily to resupply
- Maintain clean appearance and reliable function of assigned vehicle
- Correct any service concerns within 24 hours if needed
- Communicate consistently and clearly with your manager
You must be: - Willing to learn the Home Clean Heroes methods of cleaning, using our products and equipment.
- Ready to report to work at short notice usually 24 hours of notice.
- A hard worker – this is a physical job that involves dusting, mopping, vacuuming, etc.
- Honest, reliable, and have an eye for detail.
- A good driver with a valid license without restrictions is preferred but not required.
- Comfortable working in homes with pets.
- Willing to submit to a national background check.
