Full Job Description

Full Steam Staffing is hiring reliable and energetic Assembly Line Workers to join our manufacturing and production team. In this fast-paced position, you will assemble parts, inspect finished goods, and ensure products are built to client specifications along a high-speed production line.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble component parts on a continuous assembly line using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
• Read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and job tickets accurately
• Inspect products during and after assembly to ensure high-quality standards and detect defects
• Feed raw materials into production equipment and clear jams or basic line obstructions
• Package, label, and box finished goods for final shipping
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation, strictly following all safety protocols

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 7: 00 AM 3: 30 PM (Monday through Friday;occasional overtime or weekend hours may be required)

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments preferred
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for the duration of the shift
• Strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in repetitive tasks
• Dependable work ethic with reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
